Coastal Managing Agent Tender 2019

Tender description

The Crown Estate is seeking to appoint Agents to manage its Coastal Portfolio in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Expressions of interest should be made by downloading and completing the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, which should be returned via The Crown Estate e-Tendering Portal by no later than noon on Friday 28 June 2019. All expressions of interest received will be subject to evaluation and short-listed applicants will be invited to bid for the contracts by sealed tender. It is anticipated that the invitation to tender will be issued during the week commencing 2 September 2019 and the awards to be made in January 2020 for commencement 1 April 2020. Contracts will be awarded for a period of 5 years with an option for The Crown Estate to extend for a further 3 year period.
