Tender description
Lancashire County Council is acting on behalf of Up Holland High School, Sandbrook Road, Orrell, Wigan, to invite tenders for the supply of the building cleaning and facilities services as set out in the tender documents. The anticipated value of the services is approximately 61 723 GBP per annum. The initial contract period will be 3 years, after such time the contract may be extended by any of defined periods, provided that the total extended periods does not exceed 2 years.
