Tender description
DfC and the district Councils require the provision of a technical accounting support service to ensure that the key regulatory documents (SeRCOP and IFRS) are specifically tailored to the needs of local government in Northern Ireland and that the notes and disclosure are updated annually to reflect the accounting changes in any given year. DfC wishes to appoint a contractor to support the existing finance department to prepare and deliver the accounts for the councils for the financial years 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22.
