Supply of a Student Bursary Online Store Solution: to support and enhance our student experience and to achieve success in their studies, the University of Sunderland is looking to engage with a provider of a Student Bursary Online Store Solution to enable students to access a one stop shop facility to procure learning materials, etc using their funds through both an online account and smart cards. Learning materials may include printed books, ebooks, equipment, stationery, IT equipment, and other associated student related requirements, for example internal University services and products along with the ability to enable additional personal top up funds (if required) and additional bursary allocation. An initial 2 year contract, with the possible extension of a further 2 years, commencing approximately September 2019. The University of Sunderland is looking to engage with a provider of a Student Bursary Online Store Solution to support and enhance the student experience and achieve success in their studies. The students will procure (using their bursary) relevant learning materials, through the use of a one stop shop solution, using an online website and smart card technology. Including printed books, ebooks, equipment, stationery, IT equipment, and other associated student related requirements including for example University internal services and products. Additionally students, etc. will be able to top us with additional personal funds (if required). Spend is estimated at 500 000 GBP per annum (there are no guarantees on spend level), we reserve the right to spend a further 50 % of the anticipated spend subject to changes to requirements across the University for the duration of the award. The appointed supplier will be required to attend open events, fresher fayres, etc., provide an online store solution, marketing material, and smart card/online access, along with excellent customer service, management information and delivery of goods direct to the students. An initial 2 year contract, with the possible extension of a further 2 years, commencing approximately September 2019.
