Currently North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire Councils operate separate financial management systems. To support the drive for value for money and best practice working we are looking to implement a single shared best of breed cloud financial management solution. To inform our options appraisal we would like to understand from the market the best approach to find a solution that meets our needs. The modules included in our scope are: — accounts payable and purchase ordering, — accounts receivable, — general ledger, — reporting, — budget management, — invoice capture (paper and electronic).
