Tender description
CPYAEC (New Milton) Supported Living (‘The Scheme’) is an accommodation based supported living scheme delivering a range of care and support activities to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, mental health and other assessed social care needs. Those living at the scheme (‘Service Users’) are younger adults, ordinarily aged 18 and over, assessed as eligible for social care under the Care Act 2014, and who have an ongoing need for the minimum level of support provided at the scheme. In accordance with the Hampshire accommodation and development and support options model framework you are invited to tender for the provision of social care services within a supported living scheme. The scheme will be located in the New Milton area of the new forest. The scheme will deliver a range of care and support activities to people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism spectrum disabilities and mental health and other assessed social care needs.
