Key service elements include: — manned guarding, — security patrols including site locking/unlocking; CCTV Monitoring, — emergency response including incident and alarm responses, — incident reporting, — car park management, administration and enforcement, — management and day to day operation of the access control system and database, — issuing Trust ID and access control cards, — cash collection; reception services, — community (mobile) patrols and building ‘lock ups’, — external community site key holding and alarm response.
