School cleaning services

Tender description

Abingdon Learning Trust are currently out to tender for the provision of an outsourced cleaning service for three of the Trust schools. The Trust comprises two secondary schools and one primary school, all based in Oxfordshire. The service provision is required for Fitzharrys School, John Mason School and Rush Common School. Fitzharrys School, part of the Abingdon Learning Trust, is currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service. The contract is being offered for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 1.1.2020. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. TUPE is expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation. John Mason School, part of the Abingdon Learning Trust, is currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service. The contract is being offered for a 3 with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 1.1.2020. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. TUPE is expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation. At least 1 cleaning operative is a member of the Local Government Pension Scheme and an application for Admitted Body Status will be required by the winning contractor. Rush Common School, part of the Abingdon Learning Trust, is currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service. The contract is being offered for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 1.1.2020. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time.
