Ideagen Gael Ltd will provide Q-Pulse maintenance licence plan which will include 24/7 telephone and email support. Access to live training and user groups to get the most out of Q-Pulse. Ideagen will protect the Q-Pulse system including upgrades, patches and utilities. The Q-Pulse Licence plan from Ideagen Gael Ltd will provide Public Health England (PHE) maintenance cover for a duration of one (1) year with two (2) possible extensions of up to 12 months each. Q-Pulse is an electronic quality management software product which streamlines processes for quality, safety and risk management to help deliver compliance, brand protection, anticipation of problems and transform business processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. The ideagen maintenance plan will provide year-round, 24/7 telephone and e-mail support together with access to the customer portal. PHE will have access to live training sessions via Gael Academy and have access to user groups to help most out of Q-Pulse. Ideagen Gael Ltd appear to be the sole supplier of this software systems and maintenance, there are no other suppliers of the Q-Pulse maintenance system.
