Tender description
The services covered by the framework agreement are legal services within the meaning of Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU. The Contracting Authority is subject only to the rules in Part 3 Chapter 1 of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (SI 284/2016) in relation to this competition. The Contracting Authority is following a bespoke negotiated procedure in relation to this competition.
