Tender description

The scope of services is the provision of HGV Fleet Purchase and Services to Ervia. The framework will include purchase of HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicles) Vehicles. Ervia currently has a fleet comprising of approximately 500 vehicles, which is expected to grow to approximately 1 550 vehicles, comprising LCV’s 4x4 SUV’s and 200+ HGV’s over the duration of the contract. Suppliers who are successful at PQQ and ITT stage will be appointed to the framework whereby annual mini tenders will be issued. The supplier(s) will be given the opportunity to tender for the sole supply of the vehicle (less fitout) or the supply and fitout of the vehicle or Fit out only (as per PQQ document).
