Tender description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority aims to appoint a single supplier (or a group of economic operators with a lead contact), to provide a range of employee benefits across UK public sector authorities via an Online Employee Benefits Platform. The Framework Agreement shall include the following core benefits: — Childcare Voucher Scheme, — Cycle to Work Scheme, — Reward and Recognition, — Payroll Giving Scheme, — Employee Discounts, — Discounted Gym Membership, — Technology and Smartphone Discounts, — Financial Wellbeing, and — Green Car Scheme. It is intended that this commercial agreement will be the recommended vehicle for all employee benefits required by UK Central Government Departments, including those with locations overseas and the wider public sector. The service will be required to be delivered through an online benefits portal with multi-media access (the security of employee personal data will be subject to assurance by the CCS Senior Information Risk Officer). The service must provide flexibility in the choice of benefits for employers with scope to include additional benefits and to enable personalisation of benefits for employees. Please note the value at II.I.5 is an estimate that includes the face value of the vouchers and other benefits paid for by employees.
