Tender description

The Authority is seeking to establish a multi lotted, multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of business information resources on behalf of the members of the HE/FE sector in Scotland, and members of the Scottish Confederation of University and Research Libraries (SCURL). The research information may be provided via an online platform and in a downloadable format that enables end users to manipulate the data in accordance with their needs. The scope of the procurement will include IT advisory services, market research ressources and financial market analysis. Company and financial analysis to provide access to UK and International company financial information for all sectors. Including: financial markets data, pricing, domestic exchanges for major markets, currencies, bonds, stocks, country and listed company research, brokers' information, mergers and acquisitions, company and stock exchange filings. To provide access to a collections of searchable full text access to reports and analyses on UK and International business sectors based on: market segmentation, report type, time period and coverage scope. To provide as a minimum access to technology research, market reports, benchmarking data and analyses on UK and International business and the global market place.
