‘Market Engagement Event for Adult Social Care Discharge Suite’ On Monday 3rd June 2019 from 10.00am to 12.00noon at Waffle 21, Colonial House, Swinemoor Lane, Beverley, Hu17 0LS There is a requirement to commission a Registered service to provide temporary social care accommodation together with personal care for medically optimised individuals, to be delivered on a social care Ward sited within a hospital setting. This element of the service will operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, using a flexible person centred approach in a manner that promotes independence.
