Library Refurbishment Programme in the London Borough of Hillingdon

Tender description

2.1 The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking to appoint a contractor for the Refurbishment of Libraries within the Hillingdon Council. There are 17 Libraries within the London Borough of Hillingdon to be refurbished in accordance to the employer's requirements (refer to Appendix A2) and design specification. Out of the 17 Libraries there are 2 Libraries sites (Charville Library and Ruislip Manor Library) that are fully designed and can be quoted. The remaining library sites will be quoted as an average square metre rate from Charville and Ruislip Manor and the rate will used for each library using the existing Gross Internal Floor Area area of each library. The pricing matrix automatically works out the contract sum. The project will start in September 2019 - Appendix A8 outlines the timeline.
