Tender description

Ervia is seeking to establish a new legal panel to support the in-house legal team when advising and supporting Ervia, Irish Water, Gas Networks Ireland and GNI (UK) Ltd. The work is divided into 7 Lots covering all practice areas: 6 lots comprise work in the Republic of Ireland (incl. legal support solutions) and one lot comprises work across the UK. 18 providers (maximum) will be appointed across all Lots. The maximum number of lots any one can be awarded is 3 (Lots 1, 5 and 7). Legal work in the Republic of Ireland across all practice areas listed in the Specification at Appendix 1 of the RFT and as more specifically described (by way of examples) in Annexes 1 to 4 of Appendix 1. Lot 1 comprises the bulk of the legal work required by the contracting entity. Please refer to the specification (and its Annexes) at Appendix 1 of the RFT.
