Leeds City College - Website Development and Maintenance - AWARD

Tender description

Leeds City College ("the College") is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide the requirements described in the information documentation commencing in Q1 2019, ready for go live prior to 1st September 2019. A DEV / test platform for the website should be delivered no later than 1st June 2019 while the live public facing site should be ready to go live no later than 1st September 2019. The intention of this tender is to secure a contractor to provide concept, design and implementation of the full website including both overall architecture and template content, to be hosted directly on Leeds City College's digital infrastructure / server environment and to provide training for staff as required. Alongside this will be the requirement for ongoing maintenance of the website for a period of 12 months from go live, with an option to extend for a further 12 months indefinitely at the mutual agreement of both parties. We anticipate the contract for initial concept, design, delivery and implementation of the new website, alongside the initial training and first twelve months' maintenance to come to no more than £60k exclusive of VAT.
