LB Newham The Provision of Client Caseload Information System (CCIS)

Tender description

London borough of Newham seeks expression of Interest for Client Caseload Information System ("CCIS") to the for initial period of 1 year with an option to extend for (1+1) years at council sole discretion. The Contractor shall contract with Servelec (as the current Core+ Database provider) to provide a CCIS compliant Database, replicate database and training database with the appropriate licenses and annual support. The Contractor shall make hosting arrangements for the CCIS Database. The Contractor shall deliver services which give the benefits of appropriate information on a sub-regional basis irrespective of the number of Local Authorities ("LAs") with whom the Contractor has entered into a contract for the provision of CCIS to those LAs. The Contractor shall provide appropriate licenses accordingly.
