— landowner pre-scheme consultation and issue package arrangements with land owners, farming community, forestry organisations and statutory bodies, — valuation assessment for development lands, — land pre-entry consultations for gas infrastructure projects, — attendance at arbitration hearings, — assistance with route evaluations on all types of gas infrastructure projects, — liaising with land owners and their advisors, including surveying and maintaining landowner record updates, — completion of planning investigations and advising on development valuations of lands impacted by gas infrastructure projects, — providing agricultural and agronomy services, inclusive of liaison officers, — co-ordination of specialists, advisors, and subcontractors for landowner requirements for gas infrastructure projects, — updating records remotely and providing administration services, — all aspects of rural consultancy.
