HCC - 05/19 - Provision of a Care Provider for a Nursing and Dementia Nursing Care Home in Wormley, Hertfordshire

This opportunity is for the management of a 77 bedded Nursing Home with a 35 bed block of Nursing/ Dementia Nursing beds for use by Hertfordshire County Council. The provider will need to obtain and maintain CQC registration for a care home which covers Nursing and Dementia Nursing Care. As the home will be dual registered for both nursing and residential care the non block beds can be Residential or Nursing. This procurement process is a two stage process and you will only be invited to tender if you have been successful at the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) stage. If you wish to be considered you must complete and submit a completed SQ by the Closing date and time Submissions cannot be uploaded after the closing date/time.
