FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR BRITISH EMBASSY MANAMA: CLEANING

Tender description

The Embassy in Manama requires a proactive approach to the day-to-day cleaning of the Embassy office and support buildings, Terraces and external representational areas, guard houses, the Barbar Club and the Gardeners Stores/WC’s in the Juffair Compound. The Embassy will also require a competent car cleaner for the daily cleaning of approximately 12 official vehicles. The works covered by the Contractor will include routine and regular office cleaning works to include cleaning of reception, all offices, office tables, emptying of waste bins, vacuum cleaning the carpets, cleaning of corridors, conference room and staff room, cleaning of the chancery side on scheduled days under supervision, cleaning of Embassy, terrace, staircase & garden WC’s, security cabins & daily cleaning of all toilets both inside and outside the main office building.
