Tender description

Shannon Heritage is looking for a facilities company who will provide the following services in both Malahide Castle and Newbridge House. The overall scope of this contract will be to provide a comprehensive facilities management service to these Shannon Heritage sites, on both a planned and reactive basis, over the contract duration. The service provider will be required to manage and implement a planned preventative maintenance programme for all relevant systems and services as agreed by the: — general maintenance (specific tasks and areas listed in the RFT), — fire and security alarm system monitoring, — air conditioning units, — lifts, — cleaning services including cleaning consumables.
