Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of Framework Agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including social housing providers, local authorities, blue light services and education and health related organisations. EEM's existing Drainage Framework (EEM0011) is due to expire during October 2019 and we are looking to procure a new framework to commence on expiry of the existing framework. This is a prior information notice, to notify interested organisations of an up and coming tender opportunity. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including social housing providers, local authorities, blue light services and education and health related organisations. The EEM Membership combined property stock is in excess of 1 800 000 properties typically consisting of a mixture of domestic housing stock, bungalows blocks of flats, and sheltered housing schemes as well as garages, communal buildings, corporate buildings, hospitals, student accommodation, universities and depots. EEM's existing Drainage Framework (EEM0011) is due to expire during October 2019 and we are looking to procure a new framework to commence on expiry of the existing framework. Works covered by the existing and new framework will cover: — drain unblocking and jetting including, 24 hour clearances of blocked drains, waste pipes and the like, — rodding, — soil stack and waste pipe unblocking, — drain repairs, — drain relining, — septic tank cleaning, — grease trap emptying and cleaning, — undertaking of drainage investigation including CCTV drainage surveys, plans and recommendation reports. Due to the wide spread locations of EEM Contracting Authorities, the framework may be split into geographical lots.
