Tender description

The aim of this activity is to support the staff of the German SSA Centre (GSSAC) upgrading and maintaining and the EUSST database as well as the national IT environment used at GSSAC. GSSAC staff will coordinate the activities, which shall be conducted by the Contractor. The EUSST database has been developed in its initial version in 2018, based on the requirements given by the member states and/or their operation centres (OC) involved in EUSST. This database shall be in operational use from 1.7.2019. In parallel there shall be a further evolution of the database. Task-1: administration and maintenance of the EUSST Database and related processes. Task-2: administration and maintenance of the national database and related processes. Task-3: evolution of the EUSST database and related processes. Task-4: evolution of the national database and related processes. According to ISO/IEC 14764 maintenance is considered to cover the following 4 classes: — corrective maintenance: reactive modification of a software product performed after delivery to correct discovered problems, — adaptive maintenance: modification of a software product performed after delivery to keep a software product usable in a changed or changing environment, — perfective maintenance: modification of a software product after delivery to improve performance or maintainability, — preventive maintenance: modification of a software product after delivery to detect and correct latent faults in the software product before they become effective faults.
