Tender description
Dorset Council has a requirement to appoint a supplier to lead on designing and implementing a suitable DfT approved Permit Scheme for Dorset. It also allows for the support of a Permit Scheme during the first 2 or 3 years of operation. There are therefore two distinct stages that a single supplier will have to be able to deliver – Stage 1 (Design, Develop and Implement) and Stage 2 (Operational Support).
