The London Borough of Camden (‘the Council’) is seeking to award contracts for the community and specialist play provisions for children and young people aged 4-12 years old. The community based play provision operates from nine community hubs which link to local primary schools across the borough. The community play provision involves the delivery of after school clubs and holiday play schemes. The specialised play provision consists of after school clubs, Saturday clubs and holiday play schemes for children with special educational needs and disabilities. The London Borough of Camden (‘the Council’) is seeking to award contracts for the community based play provision for children and young people aged 4-12 years old. The community based play provision operates from nine community hubs which link to local primary schools across the borough. The community play provision involves the delivery of after school clubs and holiday play schemes. After school clubs operate for 39 weeks term time, Mon-Fri from 3:30 — 6:00 with children collected from local primary schools and escorted to the play centre. Play schemes operate for 11 weeks a year covering all school holidays except Christmas. Opening hours are 8:00 — 6:00. The Specialised Play Provision consists of after school clubs, Saturday clubs and holiday play schemes for children with SEND.
