Clerk of Works - Various batched projects - Lot 07

Tender description

On Behalf of The Kent County Council (the Contracting Authority), Gen2 Property Limited’s Capital Projects Department are looking to procure a Clerk of Works for various projects across Kent. Involvement from the Clerk of Works is expected from Stage 4 through to the completion of the project. Appendix 1 outlines the dates in which the projects are due to start and complete so workload and availability can be established. The Council have batched the projects taking into consideration the site locations and the value of the works. This tender is for the Clerk of Works role per Batch of projects. During the tender process, Consultants will be allowed to tender for more than one Batch, however they will only be awarded one each therefore they will have to state a preference to their preferred Batch. KCC hold the right to review and approve more than one batch subject to compliant tender returns.
