CDM Advisor - Various batched projects - Lot 03

Tender description

On Behalf of The Kent County Council (the Contracting Authority), Gen2 Property Limited’s Capital Projects Department are looking to procure a CDM Advisor to undertake this role on various capital projects throughout Kent. All the projects are due to start and complete at various times throughout the next 3 years. The Council have batched the projects taking into consideration the site locations and value of the works required. This tender is for the CDM Advisor role for each batch of projects as detailed in appendix 1. Following the contract award, the CDM Advisor services will commence as detailed within appendix one. The appointed CDM Advisor is expected to undertake their role in accordance with the current Health and Safety regulations. During the tender process, Consultants will be allowed to tender for more than one Batch, however they will only be awarded one each therefore they will have to state a preference to their preferred Batch. KCC hold the right to review and approve more than one batch subject to compliant tender returns.
