Summary of the work A Senior Specialist to grow the RAIDO capability and professionalism within ISS in order that there is a sustained capability to provide a high level of decision support, comply with department requirements and manage risk in the context of performance throughout project and operational areas. Skills & Experience • Demonstrate recent experience of strong Risk Management knowledge based on Institute of Risk Management - 20% • Demonstrate recent experience of strong P3M knowledge based on APM - 10% • Demonstrate recent experience of conducting Risk Management and the knowledge to determine best practice - 20% • Demonstrate recent experience of stakeholder management operating at a senior level, working collaboratively - 20% • Demonstrate recent experience of delivery of mentoring/coaching to Risk Management Professionals - 20% • Demonstrate recent experience in the use of Active Risk Manager - 10% Nice to Haves • Demonstrate experience of ISS Programmes, processes, systems and services • Demonstrate experience in MOD and ISS Cap Int Process • Demonstrate experience of ISS and MOD approvals process Work Location ISS, Building 405, Spur C3, MOD Corsham, Westwells Road, SN13 9NR Working Arrangments All tasking will take place from MOD Corsham and you are required 5 days a week. The working day is 8 hours to include a 30 minute lunch. Day visits may be required to MOD Abbeywood and other MOD sites. Overnight visits will only be permitted if permission is sought in advance. This individual will report to the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office. Security Clearance SC Clearance must be in place prior to the contract starting due to the projects the individual is required to work with.
