CBC-1014-H-CE High Street Benchmarking - AWARD

Tender description

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a suite of benchmarking surveys to be conducted for the towns in our area. This data will be used to provide an overview of the health of the High Streets/town centres with respect to both national and regional comparators, as well as with regards to the other towns in Central Bedfordshire. The primary purpose of the benchmarking is for it to form part of the evidence base that will highlight challenges and opportunities facing each individual town's High Street. This will in turn support and steer the development of future projects that could be developed for both internal and external funding, as well as helping to inform project evaluation of regeneration projects carried out previously. The contract will include the option for the Council, if it deems it necessary to do so, to repeat the benchmarking at a future date through extension of this contract, this is anticipated to be 18 months after completion of the first report. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. If there is anything you are not sure about or need clarification on, please use the Correspondence facility within the In-Tend electronic tendering system. Last date for receiving questions on Intend system 01/05/2019 Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-Tend electronic tendering system. Quotations must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 07/05/2019. Quotations received after that time will be excluded
