Tender description

This tender is for the supply of architects, planning consultants, construction and technical consultants and development and feasibility consultancy. SRD will be establishing a panel of suppliers for the next 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The panel is split into 4 lots as follows: Panel 1: Architecture and Masterplanning; Panel 2: Planning Consultants; Panel 3: Construction and Technical Consultancy; Panel 4: Development and Feasibility Consultancy. SRD will be establishing a panel of suppliers for the next 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The panel is split into 4 lots as follows: Panel 1: Architecture and Masterplanning SRD wish to appoint a panel of architects/masterplanners who have a wide range in experience of design from small to large developments, where commerciality and understanding local markets for property is important but also taking an innovative approach to scheme design is key. SRD will be establishing a panel of suppliers for the next 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The panel is split into 4 lots as follows: Panel 2 – Planning Consultants SRD wish to appoint a panel of planning advisers who have Surrey wide experience, relationships with the various Local Planning Authorities (LPA) and a track record of success in achieving planning for commercially minded residential development schemes. SRD will be establishing a panel of suppliers for the next 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The panel is split into 4 lots as follows: Panel 3 – Construction and Technical Consultancy SRD wish to appoint a panel of construction and technical advisors who have the ability to deliver a host of services to help assess the potential costs associated with development, as well as deliver sites through the planning process. We are intending on appointing a panel that includes both multi-disciplinary companies able to deliver the majority or some of the services required, either by themselves or through sub-contracting and companies who specialise in one of the services required. SRD will be establishing a panel of suppliers for the next 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The panel is split into 4 lots as follows: Panel 4: Development and Feasibility Consultancy SRD wish to appoint a panel of development and feasibility consultants, who, when required, can provide development consultancy advice to assist in the assessment of development sites and as a separate strand of work, provide viability assessments to assist with planning applications.
