Norfolk County Council (NCC) is looking for a number of services to be provided from October 2019. These include Home support specifically aligned to children’s services legislation: — to provide personal care in the home to disabled children, — to assist parent carers with barriers to link with their local communities, — targeted pieces of work within family homes with disabled children to assist with targeted interventions as specified by relevant professionals such as occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, CAHMS professionals, clinical psychologists — this list is not exhaustive, — to support families will a disabled child to enjoy community based events as a family, with support, — to provide regular and emergency support to families with children with Autism and Challenging Behaviour. These cases will require 2:1 staffing levels, with experienced staff. Norfolk County Council (NCC) is looking for a number of services to be provided from October 2019. These cases will require 2:1 staffing levels, with experienced staff. Services need to be available 365 days a year between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. To access these services a parent carer would have specifically defined needs through a child in need assessment, or a carer assessment. A social worker would need endorsement from a children with disability panel.
