Tender description

The London Borough of Waltham Forest (“the Authority”) invites bids from suitably qualified and experienced organisations in relation to the employment led redevelopment masterplanning for Lea Bridge Gateway SIL. The Authority is conducting this procurement through an open tender process of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015. The London Borough of Waltham Forest (“the Authority”) is seeking bids from suitably skilled and experienced service providers to fulfill the requirements of a new employment led redevelopment masterplanning for Lea Bridge Gateway SIL. This contract will run for 12 months in 2 stages with a break clause at the end of the first stage. A full timetable has been provided in the ITT. The Authority is procuring the new Contract using an open tender process, in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
