Tender description

This invitation to tender concerns the awarding of the contract for the procurement of rails and check rails for SBB AG and Rhätische Bahn AG (Rhaetian Railway, RHB). The contracts have a term of 2 years and 3 options, each for 1 further year. The common products are listed in the tender form. Each railway undertaking will conclude a separate agreement with the successful tenderer. The content of the enclosed Framework Agreement for SBB, including the general terms of business and annexes, shall also apply unreservedly to the services supplied by the successful tenderer to RHB AG. RHB AG shall conclude a separate corresponding Framework Agreement, including Annexes, with the successful tenderer.
