Tender description
The provision of temporary and permanent staff to the Digital Information Service of Leeds City Council. DIS has previously benefited from a multiple supplier Framework Agreement for the supply of temporary and permanent IT resource. A review by the service of the different ways to recruit temporary and permanent ICT resource concluded that overall the framework model is the most appropriate for DIS, who currently spend approximately 3 000 000 GBP per annum on the recruitment of external IT temporary staff.
