Employment support to residents who have had contact or are currently in contact with the criminal justice system to support the transition back into work and help them maintain employment. Employment support will help increase clients’ employability, build skills and secure job and apprenticeship opportunities, a particular focus will be supporting clients to disclose previous convictions.
