Clarion Housing Group requires a final mile — dispatch/arrival tracking system. We require a software solution with support and maintenance services over a 3 year period. Purchase of a software solution with support and maintenance services, which can provide: — Clarion's customers with the ability to track location of operatives (using GPS/ mapping) on either mobile or desktop devices, — Clarion's customers with an SMS notification (to mobile or landline) when repairs jobs have been accepted and when an operative is nearby, — a Clarion customer guide for when they are unable to attend a repair or need to reschedule, — Clarion’s customers with the ability to provide instant feedback (i.e. text based survey option), — integration with clarion systems with no additional manual processes required and data being used is “live”, — a web-based dashboard which Clarion staff can access to view individual job progression/ operative locations, — notification of repair jobs which are being conducted within the same area by the same operative, and — communication to Clarion’s customers in a manner which operates within clarion's communications and brand guidelines.
