Tender description

Hampshire County Council tendered for a service that delivers a high quality supported lodging and low lodgings to include emergency bed provision; providing person-centred and outcome focussed support to young people aged 16 to 21 for whom the Council has a duty to offer accommodation. The service provider will deliver accommodation and support which aims to increase independence skills and promote engagement with education and employment. The contract will commence on 1.5.2019 and will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for 2 further 1 year periods. The Council used an open procedure under the light touch regime.
