Single Party Framework Agreement for a Supplier of Portable Barriers for Dublin City Council

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to award a Framework Agreement for FOUR years to supply Portable Barriers that may be required. Currently Dublin City Council uses a particular style and type of barrier. Please see Tender Documents for further information Any barrier offered has to be comparable with the barrier currently in use. Dublin City Council reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time if the delivery of the supply is not being provided to an acceptable level. Dublin City Council also reserves the right to clarify with all or any of the tenderers any aspect of the submission. The Council will appoint only one Service provider. Dublin City Council is using the OPEN procedure for the award of this Framework Agreement. The tenderer(s) who has submitted a responsive tender and have passed the selection criteria will be considered for the award of the Single Party Framework Agreement for the Supply of Portable Barriers in Dublin City Council. The Framework Agreement will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the following award criteria: • Ultimate Cost • Methodology for the Delivery of Service
