Tender description

In support of BIM’s mission, it is necessary for BIM to provide educational and interpretive experiences for the public and other stakeholders and to support the sector in developing their businesses and social licence. BIM is now seeking tenders for the supply of set building and ancillary services to assist BIM in managing this programme. The services required will fall under the governance of a framework agreement. The duration of this framework agreement will be for up to a maximum of four (4) years subject to satisfactory annual review of performance and to budgetary constraints. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contracting Authority confirms that the period of any contracts awarded under the framework agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework.
