Tender description

Construct a Link Road at a location to the south of the M55 Motorway Junction 4, running parallel to Wild Lane, Lancashire. Lot 1 is constrained in foot/cycleway and road widths with all provision to be delivered within the existing highway boundary. Lot 2 is unconstrained and provides a continuous, unconstrained, single carriageway road with pedestrian and cycle provision and a similar drainage strategy to the northern section using additional land beyond the highway boundary.
