Tender description

Reigate and Banstead Borough Council (The Council) are inviting Tenders for the supply of Secure Bankers' Automated Clearing Services (BACS) Payment Software as a Service to make payments directly from one bank account to another as a cost effective means to pay salaries and suppliers, and collect income from debtors and tax payers. The Council's current on site software needs to be replaced with a cloud based BACS approved solution.
