Tender description

This project will deliver the European Train Control System (ETCS) Level 2 on the Transpennine Route Upgrade Programme in the West of Leeds area (Manchester Victoria to Leeds) with envisaged transitions of approximately Stalybridge and Cottingley and re-control to the relevant Rail Operating Centre (ROC). This procurement event will deliver the ETCS infrastructure, technical integration and whole life care. This procurement will be undertaken through the BravoNR portal. Further details in relation to the procurement exercise will be issued as part of the forthcoming OJEU notice.
