The Perfusion Department at the Northern General Hospital Sheffield are looking to purchase 4 new online blood gas monitors. The requirement is that the devices must be able to measure both arterial and venous gases the parameters to be measured during bypass are: pH pCO2 pO2 K+ temp SO2 haematocrit haemoglobin base excess bicarbonate oxygen consumption.
