Following a recent soft market questionnaire exercise undertaken in relation to combining a number of contracts that have previously been either single tenders or spot purchases, but have common themes around use of emergency temporary accommodation and support, Liverpool City Council would now like the opportunity to share these findings with the provider market and consult further on the analysis including costing models in preperation for the tender exercise.
