Tender description
Blackpool Council is seeking a partner/s to explore opportunities to develop the following support for Children and Young People. Lot 1: Residential Care Provision We want a partner to work with us to explore how we can develop provision that supports Children and Young people who are not able to move straight in to a family based foster placement. Lot 2 – Fostering / Family Based Placements Provision We want a partner to work with us to explore whether there is an opportunity to develop a fosterplus service to support children who are currently facing challenge in finding a family based placement in Blackpool and the surrounding area. Further details of Blackpool Council's requirements can be found on page 5 of the attached ‘Invitation to Quote’ document. Individuals / companies may bid for 1 or both lots. It is anticipated that each piece of work will commence in June 2019 and will take approximately 12 weeks to complete. Keywords: placement, fostering, residential care
