Tender description

Minor civils and excavation works necessary for the installation of new gas pipelines or accessing existing SGN pipelines for inspection and repairs throughout the South and South East of England. The Framework Agreement covers minor civils and excavation works necessary for the installation of new gas pipelines or accessing existing SGN pipelines for inspection and repairs throughout the South and South East of England. The range of works covered within the scope of this framework includes shallow excavations up to 1,5 m as well as specialist excavations required that could exceed 6 m in depth. The tender was run in compliance with the Utility Contract Regulations 2016. The tendering approach included running a competitive selection process through both Pre-qualification (PQQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) stages, with the latter managed through Emptoris.
