Estate Services Grounds Maintenance

Tender description

The South East Consortium (SEC) invites you,on behalf of one of our members, Arhag Housing Association, to tender for an Estate Service Grounds Maintenance Contract. The Contract will start in August/September 2019. The Contract will comprise of routine estate grounds maintenance services to communal areas. The purpose of this contract is to appoint a competent Service Provider to carry out works covering Estate Services Grounds Maintenance at properties owned or managed by Arhag HA in 15 Boroughs across London and Greater London. All communal areas of the sites are to receive a comprehensive grounds maintenance service. This contract excludes tree maintenance (except removal of epicormics growth and clearance of general tree debris) and work to play areas.
