Enterprise Centre East Northants Operator contract

Tender description

East Northamptonshire Council require a suitably skilled, experienced and reliable operator to promote and manage its purpose built and flag ship Enterprise Centre at Wrath Park, Raunds, which is due to be built by April/May 2019. The Enterprise Centre is aimed at accommodating start ups and small business from across the area. The successful Operator will have the use of a purpose built marketing suite on the site of the development from which to promote and manage the service before taking over and managing the completed building. The appointed provider will also have a role in providing, accessing and sign posting tenants of the Centre to relevant business support services. The deadline for tenders is noon Monday 17th June. The Open procedure is being followed, meaning there is no short-listing. Tenders must be submitted electronically via www.EastMidsTenders.org and interested parties MUST register on this e-tender portal to enable them to access the tender documents and to ensure they can both send and receive messages regarding the tender via the portal's messaging system. Tenders must be submitted in Word or PDF format and in English and no document submitted must exceed a file size of 10mb. A clarification day is scheduled for Mon 10th June but this event is subject to confirmation by the Council.
