NIE Networks is appointing up to three suitably qualified and experienced organisations on a framework for the provision of high voltage engineering design and associated professional services for NIE Networks. The resulting framework will be for service provision. It is anticipated that the contract shall comprise, but not be limited to, the following service elements: — high level conceptual design, — detailed electrical and civil design, — drawing office services, — procurement of contractors, — project management, — civil engineering, — testing and commissioning, — system studies, — HV cable systems.
